2. Description of Services

OpenClaw.expert provides professional setup, installation, configuration, and managed support services for the OpenClaw open-source AI assistant framework. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • OpenClaw gateway installation and configuration
  • Platform integration setup (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, email, etc.)
  • AI model configuration and prompt engineering
  • Security hardening and performance optimization
  • Ongoing managed support and monitoring

3. Independent Service Provider

OpenClaw.expert is an independent consulting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the OpenClaw open-source project or its maintainers. Our services are provided independently to help businesses and individuals deploy and manage OpenClaw installations.

4. Service Delivery

  • Timeline: We aim to complete standard setup services within 24 hours of receiving all required access and information. Complex or enterprise deployments may require additional time.
  • Client cooperation: Timely delivery depends on the client providing necessary server access, credentials, API keys, and business requirements as requested.
  • Scope: Services are delivered as described in the selected package or custom agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Managed support plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if work has not yet begun. Once deployment work has started, refunds are provided at our discretion based on work completed.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery
  • Maintaining the security of your server credentials and access tokens
  • Ensuring you have the legal right to use the server infrastructure and third-party APIs involved
  • Complying with the terms of service of all third-party platforms integrated with your OpenClaw deployment
  • Backing up your data before any deployment or migration work

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is owned by OpenClaw.expert and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. OpenClaw is an open-source project with its own license; our services and website content are separate from the OpenClaw project's intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw.expert shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services
  • Issues caused by third-party services, APIs, or platforms (including AI model providers, messaging platforms, and hosting providers)
  • Downtime or service interruptions outside of our direct control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the OpenClaw software will be error-free, that AI responses will be accurate, or that third-party integrations will remain available or compatible indefinitely.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, server credentials, and business data as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our service agreement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will remove our access to your servers within 48 hours and delete any stored credentials. Managed support plans require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Sections regarding liability, confidentiality, and intellectual property survive termination.

12. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation or security

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
